Adding Tag For Clan?

how do I do this if I am going to join a clan and there is a tag how do I put it infront of my name??? plz help thank you in advance.

go into your mydocument/battlefield 2/ profile/global.con and open it with notepad. under the GlobalSettings.setNamePrefix "" add the tag in between the "" and save.

yes you can, you can change it anytime you want, by going to that folder, or doing so at the login screen

for some reason that doesnt work for me,it always adds to my previous name so u end up with 2 names...

Sort of the same question, Im a member of .:XDR When I put the tag in the prefix box I can only add either .xdr or :xdr
It won't let me actually put both, its either the full stop or the colon. Any ideas?

in ur Log In Page, on the top part of log in there should be a word Prefix and a box beside it, type in teh clan tag in Prefix and log in, the tag should be in front of the name

Like I said it won't let me enter .: its either . or : not both together. At the moment my name is just XDR Monkmachine instead of .:XDR Monkmachine.

did you try going back into the file manually? and then saving it?
