Memory error thing...

Ive searched for it but to no avail...whilst loading i get a memory error which says something about something not being sane

Any solutions? If you have one, please discribe HOW to do it

Is it a little message that pops up that says your low on virtual memory..if it is ill tell u how to fix but if not im going to type a lot.:)
