modding tutorial help!

:confused: In the official (tutorial 4 max), it said to select bf2 staticmesh2 in the material editor
However I do not have that option. Is there a plug-in for 3d max that I need?

yes - dont have link unfortunately - google 3dsmax bf2 plugins.... alternatively go to the gotfrag bf2 mod tools forums... they are around there as well...
