just wondering, why don't some threads in the off-topic section load up?, ex. the lyric game, the person above you

They load up fine for me. I was wondering why posts in the off-topic, clan recruiting, and POTD sections don't count toward post count. I had over 150 posts, now I'm stuck at 18!!!:(
