Flashing effect with two objects together- help

I have put together two objects like lets say a side walk. when you have them on the exact same level as eachother the flash back and fourth through eachother. Is there anyway to stop this without pulling them apart. I can post screenier later when i am on my computer. Thanks gents

i think thats just caused by the objects overlapping u need to butt them up accuratly using nudge object.

Ahh ok . Thanx dude didnt know there was a nudge button.

yea just hold shift and use the arrow keys to "nudge" the object around x axis
and pgup & pgdown for y axis
