Single Player custom maps?

Are there any single player custom maps out there that support bots? I mean even smaller ones like 16 and 32 sized... I couldn't find any single player maps on this sites download page- and it is nearly impossible to find some decent ones on the net. Is mapping really that hard for BF2?

well i have a couple of single player maps

ones a little joke one,

the other is a full on battle all in planes ans chopper bots use the planes very well, there even lock onto me, and most times, boom im dead, lol.

ill upload the crazy_fly_boys map soon, im not very happy with the txtures in some areas,

plus some surreal maps in the works

however if u visit the single player website they have a few custom maps with bots, http://www.planetbattlefield.com/battlefieldsingleplayer/


Also i would check out MR burns he has 2 or 3 maps with bots, ones bocage, and i forgot the others,

but go to the single player site and check maps there, their mostly stock maps for 64 player, but there about 3 or 4 custom ones

Yeah.. the problem is that all the downloads on that site require a fileplanet (or was it filefront) membership... :( I've downloaded the Gazala map and the Bocage map off another server and installed them - the Gazala map crashes the game after loading, and the Bocage was as laggy as **** until it crashed the game minutes into the map..

All the BFSP maps are available from filefront (no membership needed) as well as fileplanet. I've downloaded them all from filefront with no membership (there's usually no waiting even for the free servers).

Ahh... I see. But there are only two maps under the Battlefield 2/Maps Level Missions/single player directory..

Just go to the BFSP mapping forum and follow the links from the individual map threads. There are several people doing the updated maps so they may not all be listed in the same place on filefront. I may have been mistaken; I think some of them used another free download service besides filefront.
