1. Pick demo and record you camera track.
2. Watch demo and camera track if you want to watch what you have before rendering.
3. If you are satisfied, pop up to max graphics and render that baby, i recomment the xvid codec.
pretty much thats it. a full round will take almost a day in some cases.

you dont copy and paste, battlelauncher finds your demos from the mods->demos folder.
open it up in free cam, think about what you want to do, record a camera track and move the camera wherever you want it to be at that precise moment, then exit, pump up the graphics, and render. voila. it took me over a day to render a round at dalian so render when you a) go to sleep or b) have something else to do

My game demos go to this file by default C:\Documents and Settings\Family\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos
I have to copy and paste them to this file which is created by Battlelauncher. C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Demos
I know of no other way for my demos to go to the BL demo folder or my BL to go direct to the BF2 demo folder other than copy and paste.
If there is please share it and I will update my tutorial:)

I had to take out that function from the newer versions because the "feature" of importing demos from mydocs to mods\bf2\Demos was just confusing people.
I'll bring it back for the new version though and you can now download demo bookmarks through the new BattleLauncher. You can download the demo to any folder, even though it defaults to mods\bf2\Demos to keep it simple. That way you can rely 100% on BL to download, manage and launch demos.

Well battlelauncher messed me up, i really don't like the "Back up". I did every thing it said but it just messed up my BF2, and it took about 3 hours to fix it. so im just backing off a bit, im a little ticked. :(

Well I wish I could help you and say exactly what the problem was but your explanation is a bit vague.
I can imagine that Punkbuster must've gotten angry with you if you had a backup of your old GameLogicInit.con file from the 1.12 version and restored it after patching Battlefield 2 to 1.2 because there is a tiny difference between the two versions. The old version is 320 bytes big and the new version is 324 bytes big (sigh) so I guess that could be a potential problem.
A friend of mine told me the other day that Punkbuster kicked him for altered content after he had set his video settings to ultra-high, I haven't confirmed that though. Another potential problem though.
Other than those issues, I don't really get how BattleLauncher has messed up your install because it doesn't change anything in Battlefield 2 other than the GameLogicInit.con - and BL does make a backup for you, so even if it fails to restore the backup itself, you can still restore it yourself manually. If you don't want it to mess with your GameLogicInit.con file, just don't use the "Remove Nametags" and/or "Remove HUD" functions.
