Okay heres my situation, i have a few sick air stunts, in battle launcher i was rendering, when i was done it played the entire move at normal speed, i had initally recorded them in slomo so u could actually see what was going on! I tryed fraps but my gfx crard isn't great so i couldn't run it well, i have a treat for you guys something original, but can't get u any more in depth, i need someone to wither help me get bl to record in slomo as well as normal, or tell me whats the best way to run fraps without loosing quality or framerate! Thanks!

If you want good frame rate in fraps, you have to sacrifice the audio recording by recording at 50% speed or lower. Depending on the setting you can speed it up later when you edit it. Bearing in mind that I know Vegas only can do a max of 4x speed but it will keep 30 fps of smooth footage after encoding. It can do faster but that means speeding up, encoding the file and speeding up again. I had to do this in the video I just made.
However It also allows some other things ;)

You can't record in slow motion with BL/BR just like with real cameras. You'd have to render using high FPS and then in the video editor you'd slow it down to maybe 25 fps and then you have your slow motion. I don't know if windows movie maker can do this though.

Windows Movie Maker lets you halve the speed, then halve it again, and again as much as you want, not as much control over the speed as say Premiere but it's slow-mo nonetheless.

Okay thanks guys, I finished editing two stunts the fraps thing was the sound and bl seems to be okay in normal speed with most of the stunts , plan for it in about a week or two!
