[MOVIE] BF2 1.2 Weapons Test

This video shows off the two new weapons in BF2 version 1.2, the P90 and the L96A1. It also shows some of the other weapons changed by the update. The L85A1 got a noticeable boost in power, the G3 is much more stable, the MP7 is actually quite good now, all of the support weapons have a much higher initial accuracy - but something strange is going on with the M249.

When you're shooting the enemy with the saw and you ask "WTF??" I think he was the guy that was disconnecting...that's why he wasn't going down. I deleted vid. before I could double check his name.

good video, with some nice shots in it,
however on remark (actualy two) , the P90 seems to be good in your video, but it isn't, in weapon stats it shows the Mp5 is better , and ingame you feel this to, the P90 isn't acurate enough , and almost none of your oponents where actualy shooting at you, where like complete noobs .

And you should have done some more time with the G3 , I tested it good today, and realy, this is now an extreme weapon, it has the acurace and the stopping power not been seen before , you get headshots with it and in close to medium distance you take everybody out before they could even blink

The P90 fires 900 rd/min in reality, but only 600 in BF2. Either this was a daft oversight by the developers or they thought it was too powerful at 900 and nerfed it back to 600. IMO, the MP7 is better in every respect except for the 40 round clip instead of the P90's 50. The scope is nice though.

very nice video...the p90 seemed pretty slow but still pwned..the awp/L96 seemed to kick a**...is it really a one hit kill weapon to the chest?

Sweet video and shooting, really gave me a good representation to of each weapon. Was debating whether I should use my last unlock on the P90 or Jackhammer. What would you recommend?

BTW, why is it that you were killing the exact same 3 people all the time? Small server eh? ;)

The P90 looks like a fun weapon to use. Who gives a crap if it can't kill anything, it's still cool. Reminds me of dualies in cs.

I started using the MP7 right before the patch came out and its much better now...although I could use the first one that you were showing off.
