It obviously is a sort of tribute in respect to Mine, but definitely is not a Rip-Off of ANY sort.

I mean, it CLEARLY uses the exact sound track and audio and thus shows the author wasn't trying to hide the fact it was a complete rip-off. He also clearly credited it was inspired from a funny BF2 video in reference to Mine. He simply did not remember the name, but even included the key words for anyone to look it up.

He has nothing to hide, and did not hide anything.

Ok I'm posting now because it's getting pretty silly, and I need to voice my opinion.
This lego video was sourced from the Mine soundtrack.
Mine was sourced from lots of other sources put together (Monty Python, sound bikes, music, etc.) EVERYBODY DOES IT!

There is no difference in saying the Lego video was a rip than saying Mine was a total rip of everything it had in content.
As long as the authors are credited in some from (even if it is vague) it’s ok.
I can understand this is a dispute over what exactly is crediting, but it's really nothing to get worked up about.
Nobodies making a profit, and sewing a fan base video against another fan base video won't work.

Snoken took the work from Monty python, this guy took the work from Snoken. It works the same basis, just that the lego video was utter crap.

Snoken has a right to be upset with this guy, he made a ridicule out of mine whether he was trying to or not.
But I can't find a reason to sue. (unless your one of the fall over in the street and sue the pavement scum :p )

and I am sure Noken won't. :) Btw, Noken took a couple of scenes from Monthy Python which is legal, he showed them in a new way and made them even more fun. That's called taking ideas not making a total rip off.

However, back on topic. I wouldnt necessarily say rip off. I would say the creator saw your video... really liked it and wanted to mimic it. I dont hink it hurts yours in anyway. In fact I would say more people are probly looking for it again to see the great original.
