The APC Song (JCB Song spoof) - New BF2 Video

After hearing Nizlopi's #1 UK hit JCB Song (http://www.jcbsong.co.uk), I immediately thought it'd make a great basis for some alternate, BF2 inspired lyrics. A month and half later (well, I had to write the lyrics, get a karaoke version, and learn how to use BattleRecorder) here you have it....

Ha ha! Great work, CmdSgtRas ... I'd only recently heard the JCB Song but your video nonetheless made me laugh all the way through. The singing was good and I loved the lyrics (especially the visual image of a nine-year-old whoring the APC).

Also, I really appreciated the sense of pure enjoyment conveyed (much like in the actual JCB song). Any time I'm in armour at Karkand, I feel like my fun's coming at the expense of other people's enjoyment of the game and that just makes it all the more enjoyable for me! Something captured very nicely by the song ...

Including the visual quality of the clip, the editing, and the originality of the idea, it was great work all-round. Well done!

John-Paul, I'm glad the pure enjoyment of APC whoring came across for you. Originally, the coda was going to be "I'm Mike, I'm l33t and I'm soon thirty..." in honor of my clanmate CmdSgtMike (who played the MEC n00bs in the flick) as he loves whoring around on Karkand in an APC. I thought I'd make it more general though, and the image of a 9-year old armor whore was born!

Weird, I don't know why that'd be happening. Try downloading the file from the Filefront link (http://files.filefront.com/The_APC_Song/;4753433;;/fileinfo.html) instead (either way your computer is receiving 18Mb so it doesn't really matter).

This may not fix your problem though. If you are running Windows Media Player 9, upgrade to WMP 10 (free from Microsoft.com (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/mp10/default.aspx)). That may help, I had a similar issue with WMV files a while back and upgrading WMP helped.

Seriously, I've had people in servers sing or hum the song over the VOIP or type "wh*ring around in my APC" in the chat. It's a lot of fun!
