When exactly are they gonna start selling the Euro Force Booster Pack?

To be more precise are they gonna start selling midnight? or they are gonna release it just like the patch at 18:00, also kinda curious why the in-game message says 'two days till Euro Force' if the release date is tomorrow, 02/21.

You havent read the news have you? there realeaseing another patch first before EF. So EF has been moved back 2-3 weeks.
