New patch reads 1.1.2696-528.0

If I loaded the new patch available. Supposably 1.2 why do I get this version number 1.1.2696-528.0 in the corner of my console ? Is this right or is something screwy :confused:

NO.

The *patch* that is version 1.2 not the game version....

The game version wasn't 1.03 after that patch and it wasn't 1.12 after the 1.12 patch either...
