Auto switch teams server command

Seen this on a few servers, where the teams switch round, at the end of a round, ie if you were in mec, you would be US next round.

Anybody know how to do it.

you cant choose it depends on your score and who applyed last round

Not on sn individual basis. The entire teams switch side at the end of the round.

Seen it on several servers, where i have been on with my buddies. 100% certain that the sides are totally switched.

Nothing to do with individual or teams scores.
