Euroforce not bought?

I just installed BF2: EF and started up on my online account. I tried playing singleplayer on one of the maps and it said I hadn't bought EF yet. So I tryed playing multiplayer, same thing. So I restarted my computer, and tried again, and guess what, same thing. I even checked my inbox and EA even sent me an email saying I had purchased EF. Can anyone help me with this?

Did you use the right gamespy ID? Your gamespy ID is you BF2 player name. It will only let that playername use EF.
