As far as the bias goes, you can just tell he's got his "my game is ultimately bugged, but I'll review it anyway" aspect on the game, which is OK, but the pack should be given a clean review on its material, not on things we already know that BF2 is plagued with.
Good to see some of you enjoyed the article however.

I disagree. You cannot seperate the two.

It is very possible to do so, as GameSpot has proven.
You can include the "fact" about the bugs in BF2 vanilla, but including it within your "cons" renders the article bias.

Do you have a link to the gamespot review? I can only find use reviews.
Anyway, we just disagree. I think disregarding the engine's bugs is unfair, since you cannot play Euro Forces itself, it's not a game. A reviewer can decide to only review the new additions, but I think it makes more sense to review the complete game, because that's what people will be playing.
