new guy with 2 questions about single player

Hey fellas I'm new at this stuff but I was wondering how to put max AI players (63-64) on a small map designed for 16. Also can we determine which vehicles are available? I have the mod installed to put 64 players in, but then it puts me on the large maps. How can I enable the small ones. Thank you for your time.

Just edit the aidefault.ai and follow the instructions within the file.

To change vehicles/assets you have to edit the gameplayobjects.con file. For example you can remove artillery, add helicopters, switch out airplanes, and etc.
