Looks like you've added the hmg_m134 buy dragging it onto your map from the static objects list. You have to add vehicles and static guns like the hmg_m134 by right clicking and selecting "Create ObjectSpawner".

You know I don't really know, but it's a object error.
If you remove the object I belive it will work again.
