game freezes on start up

i run in 1280 by 720 (LCD TV)
i have an
AMD 4800 x2
2gb ram
7800 GT

it used to work on 1280 by 720.. ever since i downloaded euro forces... it no longer works on 1280 by 720 (it freezes on start up)... but it works fine on 800 by 600 (dont want to play on that)... i uninstalled and reinstalled bf2 and EF 2 times now and still nothing.. some one help

Drivers updated and everything? Check your processes running, the usual just to make sure that your system is running up to snuff.

I had this issue at first too, and as for me, it also dissapeared.
