Any constructive criticism? I really need it from experienced movie makers.

I'm not sure I qualify as experienced in that I've only made one movie but by way of constructive criticism, I'd say that it's a nice little video, Sir. Akland, that could have been enhanced with more dynamic and creative camera movement.
Being a fan of Soul Bossa Nova, I really wanted to see the camera move in a way that was every bit as lively / playful as the song itself and the action taking place on the server.
I liked virtually everything else about it -- the absence of nametags and HUD, the text being kept to a minimum, etc. -- but I think too many static camera shots do a disservice to the overall feel of the video.
A couple of really good ways to make it more engaging (and therefore in keeping with the spirit of the Sir. Server) would be to use moments within the music as cues for the on-screen action and to ensure the camera is really 'involved' in what's happening. In advertising the server, I'd say it's best to make the viewer feel like they're right there, taking part in all the fun, rather than simply watching from afar.
Those things aside, it was a very likeable video and I'm looking forward to seeing more!

Thanx for the advice, I didnt move the camera in it because I cant make it so its moving smoothly. Ill figure out a way to make it easier on the eye.

I think there is a way to move the camera using the joystick...using an input program that maps keys to joystick axis
That means the movement would be a lot smoother...there was a post about it on the forums somewhere here!
