Operation Peacekeeper Beta Test

We have some very exciting news for you all today. Our very own Sevigon will be participating in a beta test for Operation Peacekeeper (http://www.opkmod.de/) that will include members from around the BF2 community websites. This beta test will take place on Monday, April 24 and a written preview of the mod will follow shortly after testing. Screenshots will be taken while he tests so you can expect some great new eye candy.

Sometimes Mod leaders can forget to update that, so what you see may not be what it actually is.

FH is most certainly not at 10 or 20% for example.

the only people who truly know where a mod is in development are the mod leaders - and even then most are just slightly in the dark.

if your german is good enough, you could have been reading the release date on www.bf-news.de , which states 'release At BFCON06 '

and that would be the end of the week :)

I've had a chance to take a look at the beta and it is really, really good. The OPK team has put together a really fun mod and the quality is superb.

pfff dont worry mate :) none of us really use it as a guage as to how far a mod is off release - im sure i speak for most of us when i say we would have more chance believing it from yourself than from tht site :)

It's a very beautiful waterfall! No but seriously, I honestly didn't realize that most of them had the waterfall in it.

we hope too. But the first version will be fine, but not so large as we planned first. :rolleyes:

Yeah I've had great fun with the preview version of this mod which was available online from Monday evening. It's a really welcomed change to vanillaBF2, for me at least. Infantry battles in that forest map was awesome. I suggest people download this mod when it releases.
