Seriously though, they better have got them bang on, little birds are a great bit of rapid reaction kit and hopefully DICE will do them justice, personally ill be running field taxi's if they are good lol,

Oh man, i love little birds, in the old DC mod for bf1942 it was the only really good heli.
And dont the attack helis already only take 2 aa missiles to kill?

all a little bird would need is 1 pop of flares and then its out of range lol

and dont forget this is all FIBUA (fighting in built up areas) so dropping down to building height should not be a problem, or under the freeway. oh im gonna have such fun

The one pic I saw had a minigun on the loach. If that pilot actually gets to control that while piloting, people will be lined up for these copters. I can already imagine the tk madness.

Was disappointed with the helicopter in the last booster, heck was disappointed with the entire booster pack. The scout copters might trick me into buying this one too.

Personally I think the co pilot should be controlling the miniguns. Then the pilot should get points for dropping teamates off etc.

Surely that wpould mean Teamwork though. We all know we can't have that.

i loved dc because basically every vehicle had like 3 variations, the little bird had rockets chainguns, etc., and other versions just transport, i think this is what it should be like

Yes it does look pretty badass. Zoomin into hosile territory. eventually the noise will be known by all enemies of that vehicle and they will shrowd in fear.lol

i remember terrin' it up at Berlin w/ that little bird chopper, w/ the DCX mod they had it w/ full-fledged rockets and 2 mini-guns, but they also still had the original transport forms as well; also those scuds were awesome bein' able to launch them across the whole map on El Alemein

Ahh the memories of dc are so warm and fuzzy :), anyway i hope the littlebird is all that its cracked up to be, that was my favorite heli in dc, so fast and manouvorable.

I am right with you.

I really REALLY hope the miniguns are only light and dont pose any great danger, I mostly wanted them just to be quick transports. As it would help out ALOT of maps for getting troops across sea and land real fast. And at the same time not a whoreable vehicle.

Plus if you cant whore them like attack choppers it means more for me.

Basically I just want a aerial DPV/FAV.

Disposable like the flying fish (Mi-17).

Not that I would ever ditch a littlebird.

I would just like the transport version and not the minigun rocket version. I once sat in one of those transport versions on dc for a whole 30 mins on the map with the big lake in the middle of the map, taking up 75% of it with opposite bases on either side. I was just transporting back and forth in the SAME chopper. I loved it.

The AH-6 Littlebirds (that'd be the gunship verison; or the ones that are armed) the weaponry is pilot controlled.

I hope they change it before release though, the Littlebirds with the bucket seats (the MH-6) should not have any weaponry, except for what the co-pilot and the passangers are carrying, but the AH-6s should have the two (7.62mm) miniguns and the two rocket pods on them.

It was alot quicker then the blackhawk but I dont know how a little bird is supposed to handle anyway. All the helicopters sucked in the xbox version anyway they descended sooooo slow.

I don't know what you mean by the first question but the full version of PR is palnned to be released sometime this summer.

Reading this, just made me think Dice better not screw those sound up for the little bird. The sound of the little bird in DC was perfect.

They had the OH-6A Cayuse "Loach Coach" in BFV, i think it was after the 1.3 patch. On the same map with the AC-47 "Spooky" gunship.
