Can't connect to use TotalBF2 mappack

Is there a password to use to connect online using the IP address 63.246.166.162:16567 to play the totalbf2 maps?

I can't connect using only 63.246.166.162:16567 and wonder what is wrong.

ya, i have all the mappacks, but whenever i try to join a server that is playing them, it either says that i failed to connect to server or dont have the maps, even though i have them all

LOL, I'm in the clan and don't even have the maps. I DL'ed it into the map folder and it messed up my BF2.
