This is shaping up to be a bit better than I thought. Dream for the modders too with the muscle cars and trucks. Especially a Mad Max type mod.

from reading the above it sounds like the UAV is being replaced somewhat by the scout choppers
they also shouldn't have used the littlebird - there's only like 20 of them in service

Dam it doesn't seem so :( Really hoped they would have put it back in the game, It would have raised the teamplay 200% if ground forces, would have to paint targets for bombers and fighters.

If you don't remember what laser designator is, check out some of the old trailers or implement it your self, it's called simrad in the BF2 cathalouge.

Yeah I knew ages ago but no new army is lame, I mean even if its just slightly different looks and camo and a different name would be cool, damn stupid that its USMC AGAIN, I wanted some more harder cored troops to be defending their own country.

But that muscle car owns, if people whore the littlebird then at least I got that to speed around in, probably only on the road rage map though. :'(

And Anyways, what's with all the hype about the Harrier? Ingame, and over-simplified, it'll just be another JSF with mabey rockets, and the same hover capability. The JSF is the harrier, and then some.

If they would have implemented a dawn to dusk lighting effect, something like what Joint Ops had I wouldn’t mind the whole night map thing, would have been rather cool.

Having a map always set in night mode sucks, I can tolerate maps like operation clean sweep but it’s far from my favorite. I didn't buy the EF booster, probably will pass on this Air Fury one.
