hey, i made this thread yesterday but i have no idea where its gone, cant even find it through searching. Anyway a few days ago i started playing bf2 for the first time in a few months, all was going well. yesterday i decided my comp was to ful of crap and i reformatted, i reinstalled bf2 - patched it with 1.3 updated punkbuster got the new graphics drivers and tried to play a game.
It played for about 10 seconds and then froze my computer and i had to restart.
ive searched through these forums and google and cant find anything ><
i got this same problem along with alot of other people when i first started playing bf2 when it came out, but i cant remember how i fixed it.
ive got a 6600gt with the newest drivers and Gigabyte GA-k8nf-9 mobo
anyhelp appreciated
