LOW FPS Problem

Hollo guys.
Heres my PC:
*MSI K7N2 DELTA (dunnow wich drivers should i install for this one)
*ADM ATHLON 3000
*ATI RADEON 9600 XT ( Catalyst 6.5 Drivers).
*1 GB RAM
*Creative SB Live! 5.1

I'm getting particularry LOW FPS in the game, specially in combat areas (usually when im just looking around it goes to 60 FPS, but when i move mi camera/walt or enter a more crowded area it goes quite choppy.

I think theres something wrong w my config or something cuz goes down to 15-20 FPS almost all the time, and its quite annoying.
Im running everything on LOWest possible and 800*600 resolution.

Any help will be wellcome.

well if you get 60fps in a non intensive situation... and then during a different scenario it drops to 15-20, for that rig it seems like it could be possible. Yes it seems low, but not a drastic thing.

Assuming you're playing 1.3, it's not yout config. I am having the same exact problem and I started experiencing it only after patching to 1.3.

I'm still looking for a way out of this hell.
