Audio Problem

I'm having a little trouble getting sound in my video. I tried using BattleLauncher to render the sound but the .wav file had bad quality and it was really quiet.

Does anyone have a method to acquire high quality sound that's loud enough for your videos? Like footsteps, a jeep, guns, etc.
