A friend of mine made a jihading video and since he doesnt have a totalbf2 account im posting it up here for him.

Its the first video he has ever made and it might not be up to par with SIR videos but you might enjoy it.

After testing the jihadski we were able to kill the boats or apcs in water without killing ourselves due to falling in the water and then the blast isnt as big to you so you dont actually kill urself and cost 2 points

but for the jetski do you have to jump out and detonate or do you just ram like the ATV?

You have to jump out. There is a short interval between you hitting water and not being able to detonate and detonating too early and blowing up urself.

Actually you dont have to ram with the ATV. Just jump out and it flies ahead of you like a mile. Then detonate it.
