The problem is I've lost the details for my existing EA downloader account (which I used to purchase both Special Forces expansion pack and EuroForces booster). I've tried using a new EA account to purchase the new Armoured Forces booster, but it won't allow me to associate my existing BF2 login name with this account.
I'm pretty sure I know the EA downloader account name, but when I ask it to email a password reminder associated with that name, I receive nothing in any of my email accounts.
I've started a ticket on EA about this prob, but 2 days later no reply other than "please send us more details, ie email address, account name, credit card details".
Any idea how I can link a new EA downloader account to my existing BF2 login, thus retaining my existing BF2 rank and booster packs?

Any assistance would be hugely appreciated - we're on a long weekend down here in Australia, raining outside - perfect BF2 weather!
