Battle Recorder??? OMG

Ok wow, Im just getting really frustuated searching and not finding any help so heres my thread! I would like to know who what where why and when on this thing called Battel Recorder, I would like to download it and use it when I play or w/e I do with it, I want to know all about it plz! Post a link or a thread on it that would help me or a tutorial or somthing, i used google leading me to a few places that got me nowhere and I used the search thing on here and juat getting threads on help with videos not working with 1.3! so plz help me out thanks in advance guys pzzzzz

Battlerecorder is server side, you do not have to download the program. However, most servers do not have it on. Usually if the server has it on, it will say it in the server message when connecting. To get the demo, once you finish playing go to the "Community" tab and it should show you the demos on the left. You can download them right there.

How do I actually download the recordings? I have all these links listed in the download section of 'Community' but it always fails to connect. I have filters set to find severs with BR on. Are these servers still not recording?
