Another 1.3 hassle

This is the current problem


Used to be able to play......

Have reformatted.....reinstalled BF2 numerous times...

Downloaded the patch more times then I care to remember for more than 1 source.....

Have also tried this way but to no avail....

Any smart bodies know what to do ?

Google search the desciption of the error and see what comes up that is causing it
