I can skin, I dont know how to get the skins in game tho. I have made stuff for Live For Speed (snow mod: http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=3846&highlight=Snow+Mod ) was a long time ago when I worked on that mod, Ive gotten alot better.
