What Mod should I get?

This is the second thread about what mod I should get, so don't complain.

I was wondering what a good mod is under 200mb.

I would like to have rockets come out of pistols.

How would I join servers with mods? are there any?

How would I put the mod on a map?

Would I still be able to play on un-modded maps?

Id say give Total Retardation 2 a try, very fun to play. Its like the sir mod, but more messed up and a lot better in a way. Their site is down, but TBF2's filecloud downloads have it. You can always googls totalretardation it should be on the first page.
