changing the water color

I am edditing strike at karkand so its all flooded but the water is clear instead of being the muddy color i want it to be, how can i change this?

copy the water.con from wake, oman whatever you like. You can find it in the server.zip

I just did that but i can still see through the water is there any way to make it so its not as clear?

Load your map
Be in Level Editor
In the Tweak window - click on the Tweak tab
You should see the different level parameters listed here.
Do you see the "Water" parameter - check the different values in here for what you seek. I had blood red water just last night.
