ok now i want to bring in the 6 wheel ATV from Special Forces and put it in Vanilla Bf2, how would i do this?

Create a new mod folder and copy the contents of the xpack mod folder into new mod folder. This will create a SF mod. You don't have to copy all the SF maps if you don't want to.
Create shortcut on desktop pointing to your new mod
Copy BF2 map such as Karkand into new SF mod Levels folder.
Edit gameplayobjects.con file found in Karkand map folder's server.zip. You have to decide which game mode you want the change in since you have gameplayobjects.con files in Single-player, Multi-player, and Co-op.
Replace any vehicle with the ATV
Save gameplayobjects.con file and exit.
Launch BF2 using your new shortcut to the SF mod
Choose game mode
Choose BF2 map you made the edit in and enjoy.
