I'm thinking too much spoils it, you have floating crates and farr too many carriers I like your use of damage but the cranes are really not needed and the floating pipelines :S... General idea is very good though, will be interested to see how it comes out.

Why do you have the J10 on a US ship, same for the AH whys that on a China Ship??

Because, wake is a challange map. 3 map = 3 fighter, and cobra..hm, cobra is better then AH, and Havok, thats all.
Kubra = mig29 and AH (only)
Dalian = f18 and Cobra (only)
Wake = j10 and Cobra (only)
