what are the Referrals?

When someone signs up, there is a section to input a currnet forum member's username. Generally, if you've found out about TotalBF2.com from a current member, their username goes in that section. It then adds a "referral" to their profile.

Nothing to gain from referrals, but bragging rights. :S
