Download that program
The demo/camera files should show up in the program
You'll then need to click on a demo file, and then select your Launch Mode
You'll want to go to Play a Demo and Record a Camera Track - this will allow you to record camera angles for the footage you recorded (when you're in game, press q to stop, play, and fast forward the footage, all of what you do will later be rendered to a video file)
After you have a camera track recorded, click on a demo file and the matching camera track and then in Launch Modes go to Render Demo and Camera Track to Video (this is where you make the video)
When the map loads it will say Verifying client data; minimize the game and select your compress methods
Maximize the game and let it render the video file

copy and paste to My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\Demos

run BF2, click community and select the demo u want to watch on the right
