Hey there: Im new to the forums and new to the game: hey everybody.

Ive a good spec computer which is equipped with a Geforce 6600, i found out that this card will not support BF2. Fine, i can "adapt".

My Motherboard isnt set-up for SLI so im looking for a good PCI-E slot graphics card. Which is the best one or the names of cards i can buy which will run the game well and smoothly.

Im looking for the name of a graphics card which perhaps you's have which run the game well and to a good standard, i would like good frames and great gameplay: if you would be so kind and help a noob out here, which graphics card shal i get????

Thank you so much for your time you will be really really helping me out alot.

Thank you again

It depends if you want Nvidia or ATI...I am an ATI person myself. I purchased the ATI 512MB X1600 Pro. Man that is a great videocard...if you decide to buy from ATI don't get anything less than the X1600 series.

I also have got to recommend the 7600gt, perferably the eVGA one. It's cheap, doens't need more then an average 350 watt PSU and run great, will get you very played frames, 50+ at medium/high settings.

the 6600 will sure run BF2. Update your drivers (not the latest though) and give it a try. I use the 84.25 Driver from Xtreme-G and they perform okay so far.
