The new monitor has a max res of 1680 x 1050 (WSXGA) Optimum Resolution

Will my 7900GTX be able to run it at that res ?

Yes, very easily.
EDIT: And if you get it, try not to buy from that site, theyre pretty overpriced. At least i think, because the vx2025 is $460!! on newegg, its $320.
