connection problem

allright i installed bf2 with 1.1 already with it. was playing it fine, then i downloaded 1.3, and it was fine for two days, then when i go to log in to my account it says logging in to account connection, and then it stays like that for hours then i press ctrl=alt=delete and when windows task manager comes up it says bf2 is not responding!!!!! help please!!!!!!!!!!!!:confused: :confused: :confused:
and also on mt little task bar wen i put my mouse over my internet connection it said noconnectivity then i clicked repair and my internet was working but not bf2?!?!

Please try first to refresh your profiles for the game:

Go inside My Documents and look for a Battlefield 2 folder
Right click on the folder and select Cut, and Paste the folder on the desktop
Try to run the game again, this time the game would ask to try to make a new account or retrieve it
Click on Retrieve Account and type in the E-mail address that you used to make your BF2 account.
Try to go into a server

Also try reinstalling the patch but dont download it from EA downloader - has issues according to the EA support folks

canu guys send a link of one where u guys installed it from and had no problems with it?

also i called geeksquad and they say one of my phones in my house dosn't have a filter is that why?

do i need to unisnstall the old one how do u do that?
