Hello!
Since this is a quite hughe forum Moderation takes much time.
A nice modification for vBulletin is the :::Moderation Auto-PM::: (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=115677) available at vbulletin.org .
Moderation Auto-PM will automaticly send a Private Message to the user whenever their thread, post or attachment is moderated using the Thread Tools or Inline Moderation Tools.
I am using that modification in my forums too, and it works like a charm.
