Promotional Event: Get your clan-wiki written by a professional!

Sunday, May 11, 2008 to Sunday, May 18, 2008 will be a promotional week here at the EncyClanPedia where clan members can sign up to have their very own Clan-Wiki written by the professionals here at the EncyClanPedia.

The EncyClanPedia writing staff will be working together to create objective, interesting, and well designed Clan-Wiki's for each and every clan who signs up for this event between now, until midnight on May 18.

The purpose of this promotion is to help Clan's get themselves established on our ever growing search-able database.

Rules and Regulations.

All participants must go to the EncyClanPedia website and register.

This is to make sure that there is at least one person who qualifies for the ECP's security-oriented Clan-Liaison program that will allow up to three clan-member representatives to customize and edit your Clan-Wiki after it's been created.

It'd also be wise to register with the Total Gaming Network's EncyClanPedia forums to stay up to date with current, or future promotions, contests and games.

The clan representative must fill out a small questionnaire

The person signing up his clan for this promotional event must fill out to the best of his ability a questionnaire about his clan, as our writers will need to know a little bit about the clan to be able to write an informative Wiki-page on their behalf. There are also small specifics that will need to be filled out to complete the Wiki in a professional and informative manner.

If you already have a Clan-Wiki on the ECP, you are more than welcome to sign up for this event. You will still be expected to fill out the questionnaire. We will then go to your Clan-Wiki and to the best of our ability help to perfect what you have already added.

Customizing your Clan-Wiki after it has been completed

For the sake of our user-base, we make it clear that we do not condone vandalism of any kind.

To be able to customize your clan-wiki after it has been completed, you must belong to the Clan-Liaison program for that specific clan. This program allows only up to three people for each clan to have access to editing their Clan's Clan-Wiki. If you wish to add or change a person's Clan-Wiki access, you must first provide proof of officer or leader status.

The purpose of restricting access to Clan-Wiki's is to protect the integrity of the Clan-Wiki page for the sake of the Clan it represents.

Any vandalism on a Clan-Wiki from a person with Clan-Liaison status will result in the rollback of the vandalism, and the loss of Clan-Liaison status. A ban from the EncyClanPedia may also follow depending on the severity of the vandalism.
