BFHQ Awards Crash Problem

Whenever I check my awards, the game crashes. I can check a few pins, but badges and medals crash right away ... almost like it's trying to load the info but can't. I haven't played in a while and it's getting pretty annoying. I'm running Vista Ultimate SP1.

did you install the FULL patch to 1.50? use the INCREMENTAL patch 1.40 to 1.50. had this along w/ many other problems related to the FULL patch. if you read through the support section, you'll find other threads w/ players who have had the same issue.

I have the same problem.....tried patching 1.40 first then up to 1.50 but for some strange reason this wouldnt then allow me on any servers...kept asking me to download latest patch even though my current version stated 1.50.

In the end I had to re-install and just put the full 1.50 patch back on....suppose I'll just check my awards via BF2142 website.
