1.5 Compatible Localization Files

For those who have overwritten their old localization files I have gone back and made mine 1.5 compatible so the flags for Blue Pearl don't show up as missing. If you want this done to any other pre-1.5 localization files just let me know.

Point Messages Alone...

For the next two all weapons in the game, boosters, and SF have been given the correct names (to the best of my ability)

For all seven options the "game will start message" has been moved under the minimap to help visibility before the round has started.



All awards have been given descriptions in BFHQ

As was requested, I have made a separate version with point messages, but no highlights. All additional tweaks are still there (such as moving the "game will start" message and weapon used for teamkills).

Found an issue with cp names displaying on Stalemate. Working on a quick fix...
Edit: Managed to Frankenstein in a combo of 1.41 and 1.5. Will be up shortly.
Edit #2: Everything is fixed, but I am testing out a new feature that should have been in the game at the start.
