With all the excitement of everything going on I missed this:

Thanks to everybody who voted Call of Duty: World at War for the 27th Annual Golden Joystick Awards. We are thrilled that CoD:WaW was awarded both Multiplayer Game of the Year and Nintendo Game of the Year!

This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our dedicated fans. So a huge THANK YOU goes out to everyone in the community for making this happen. We’re very honored, and humbled to receive these honors.

Well, technically yes, but thats just because MW2 is not out yet.

I also doubt W@W and MW2 will go against each other as the publishers decide who to put up for the awards.

Last year, CoD4 swept the awards with its game.
