JD_2020, the community manager for Treyarch, has recently announced that the developer is currently working a 1.7 patch for Call of Duty: World at War. The patch is designed to tie up many loose ends in the PC version of the game, and is said to include the following changes:
- Fixed a voice chat crash on systems with no default recording device selected
- Fixed an issue causing erroneous duplicate qport errors
- Server admins can disable team switching by setting g_allow_teamchange to 0. Players will be restricted to Auto-Assign in team-based gametypes
The patch is great news for World at War players, and it truly shows Treyarch's dedication toward improving the PC experience as much as possible. No release date is confirmed as of yet, so make sure you stay updated on TGN!Originally Posted by JD_2020
