i dunno about 400% more... i mean this sounds like an excuse.
IMHO, they knew very well they were not going to be able to handle the load and did nothing about it.
i remember reading somewhere when someone asked if they will increase capacity after the server browser woes in beta and they said they weren't going to.
maybe they should have really sold the limited edition in limited numbers haha.
